Current Affairs Batch – Commencing Soon !
Current Affairs has gained currency in UPSC not just because of change in MAINS Examination syllabus, but more because the questions being asked in UPSC have become more generic with every passing year and at the same time analytical too.
The problem with such examination, that stretches almost for an year, is that one can not recollect her/his thoughts and express them in a coherent fashion because of too much of content that needs to be handled. Thus, one should first be acquainted to the intricacies of the examination along with the insight into ‘what to focus and what to eliminate’.
Today the problem with UPSC is not scarcity of information, rather, a bigger and serious problem is that, today too much of information (not necessarily relevant one) is available at the wink of ones eye. Seemingly it creates a kind of fear psychosis among the aspirant community. What prevails is confusion and at times, fear of the examination process itself.
Here is an opportunity for guidance and interaction as well, with the group of people who are committed towards the students and their future. By the virtue of their passion for UPSC and experience with the Service, they have gained prodigious insight into the examination process that can help a serious and willing aspirant, with nuances of UPSC Examination.
