Objective of DAF Analysis Session
DAF Analysis and Informal Mock Interview session at Chrome IAS Academy is conducted by a team of highly experienced faculty members having diverse backgrounds led by Mridul Purohit Sir, Director of the institute. It involves One-to-One session for guiding candidates to generate questions based on the Detailed Application Form which will be analyzed further to ensure that no area is left out. In addition to getting candidates acquainted with board composition and brief profile of UPSC members, we help students figure out ways to answer questions on DAF related areas such as hobbies and interests, extra-curricular activities, educational achievements, prizes/medals and scholarships, service preference, previous selections etc.

Approach & Strategy of DAF Analysis Session
DAF Analysis Session at Chrome IAS Academy intends to help students frame their replies on other General interview related aspects e.g. convincing reasons to explain gap in study, quitting previous job etc. All this exercise equips candidates with techniques to face interview, do’s and don’ts of interview and how to answer situation based questions. Our selective briefings on important national/international issues, latest developments related to science and technology, environment and climate change, social issues, administrative policies and other miscellaneous topics gives insightful understanding on such issues and helps candidate develop an analytical and pragmatic approach.
Other areas that we cover in this session includes, an overview of candidate’s home state related to demographic & geographical perspective, industry and agriculture as well as other administrative and developmental issues. We also provide overview of the Budget & Economic Survey from the interview point of view such as key highlights of Budget including key government schemes, allocation of funds and vision of the Government on economic policies along with key highlights of Economic Survey and minute details regarding its eﬀects on economy.
